Called them because they have a 5 star rating in my area. I will give them 1 star as they answered their phone. They said they can have someone out that day. The tech, after I took off work to meet him, said he couldn't make it that day but would be there the next at 10:00. Waited, and took off more work, and never showed by 11:00. called the company, the tech called back at 1:22 and said he was setting up a time to come over after telling me he would be there at 10:00 the previous day. Cost me more in work pay than the repair would have cost. Totally unprofessional. Use any other company in the area than this one.
Very impressed with Macke Roofing Company Inc. follow-up customer service. I had a few items to take care of after they replaced the siding and gutters on my house and garage last year. Aaron was very responsive and scheduled Hector out within a week to take care of things. He was prompt, efficient and available for my questions. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them for your home needs.

I did not end up using Macke Roofing Company Inc. for my roof, but I thought he deserved a positive review anyway. They were very helpful and patient with a solid plan and reasonable price. I would have been quite comfortable using them for my roofing project but ended up going a different route.
Macke Roofing Company Inc. did a great job painting our fascia, drip edge and bird stop, as well as addressing some issues we had with our soffit vents. They accomplished this while working with and around our previously chosen roofer who recommended them. Would highly recommend.
