Amazed!! The inspector (J. Snow) was on time and even had to make a return trip as my insurance adjustor had additional questions about the claim.nWe were informed there could be a delay in material but 4 days later we received a call informing us that the material was in route and provided us the estimated date of installation.nDay of installation the team arrived and promptly got to work on our house and garage and within 5.5 hours they were completed. Just amazed at how quick it went.nI did walk around the house and garage and they had picked up all debris.nVery satisfied with Aspen's representatives and installation team.

As a homeowner , a project like getting a new roof is something that can be extremely stressful... Thanks to aspen they made this a easy process. They did all the hard work and kept me informed every step of the way. 10/10 would reccommend.

The Aspen Exteriors crew and Josh Vaughan have been my Knight that rode in a white stallion. Or I should say that after winds of 140 mph roared into Cedar Rapids Iowa causing a tree to fall on my roof Josh arrived at my door step in his subcompact and sold me on Aspen Exteriors . He always returned my calls and I can he offered good advice in a time where I had no idea what I was going to do. The roofing material is quality and the crew was pleasent and hard working. Even the lady who chats on the website has been helpful. This has been the most difficult year of my life with the virus and this disaster. Thank you for restoring my roof and my faith in people

Rude employee coming to my door & leaving flyers despite two no solicitation signs (one in Spanish and one in English) then laughed when I told him we have these signs for a reason. We work from home & don't need the disturbance especially from some rude person laughing at our inconvenience. Not a good impression definitely wouldn't use or recommend them.
