Because our roof wasn't approved for repair, the customer service dropped. I didn't have calls returned for months. When I would call, they would not know what claim I was discussing and we would have to start back at zero. It seems that roof repairs are their money maker and if you have other repairs, they don't care. I would give this a zero but the review won't let me post nothing
