My church service is held here, so I'm here weekly, sometimes twice weekly, depending. So the customer service is very great and the w evening staff here at this time are all usually very sweet and helpful and patient too. I rated four stars only due to the fact that I've NEVER rented a room here.
Price was fair for the room we got.. but we had to wait over an hour to check in and they don't have smart TVs so you can not stream anything oh and they don't have comforters just line thin blankets but otherwise good staff was friendly and like I said the price is fair paid 140 after tax for a 2 bedroom suite on Valentine's day. would recommend for regular stay but a romantic getaway? Not so much.
Very beautiful place. Nice and friendly workers. Fast and accurate check in.
Although due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus the lobby area was very quiet, the hotel promotes social distancing and the use of facemask. From the time I arrived til I left the employees were professional and polite. The room was outstanding, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Most definitely will be returning here again.
Wonderful room, nice staff,nhot tub was very nice to be in.nSure beats being locked up, or locked down.
