First time staying here; and at a bed and breakfast in general. It was amazing! Very quaint and relaxing! Deb was so welcoming and made us a to die for breakfast! Highly recommend staying, we will definitely be back!
Quiet multiple acred plot. You can find almost anything you want within a few block walk, but far enough removed to not hear the noise of downtown. Debbie had spot on reviews of nearby establishments. Breakfast was amazing!
Perfect place to relax and enjoy Christmas. We drove in from Denver and couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
We stayed at Ticknor to celebrate our 4 Year Anniversary. We had a lovely and relaxing time. There are 4 rooms to choose from. Two have a whirlpool tub, one has a clawfoot and the last room has a shower and is on the main floor. There is a pool table and tea/soda/water available at all times as well as fresh cookies. We stayed in the Wilkens room. The only thing I would change is easier access to coffee and a better situated eating area in the room so when social distancing requires you to eat in your room it is more comfortable. Bring your own soap and hair products during this time as well.
Fabulous! My wife and I spent our honeymoon night there, it was phenomenal, we loved the breakfast.. Already scheduled for another visit.
