Nice pool, staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and clean but a little small. Other than that nice place overall.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Minimal breakfast due to covid. Overall a nice stay.
We were told by the hotel that we could have a gathering in the lobby after a cousin’s wedding! As we gathered there, ten minutes later they kicked us out and told us we could not be there. Another instance of rudeness from the staff, happened to me at night! Upon entering one night, the sliding door was not opening! After about three minutes of standing in there, I finally decided to see if I could kind of make an opening by pulling very lightly on the sides. Upon seeing this, a hotel staff member came and opened the door for me, only to tell me how I SHOULD NEVER do that again! I explained I didn’t know what to do, but she proceeded to explain how I needed a room key (which I didn’t know). Overall I was left displeased with the stay at this hotel and I wouldn’t highly recommend!
The staff were amazing. My brother is special needs and during the check-in procedure, the staff asked if he would need assistance in an emergency. He would need assistance and the staff made a note stating extra assistance would be needed. That means a lot to me. Katy was super friendly on the phone and in person. Thank you.
Clean and friendly staff . I really like the style of the interior layout.
