Rating it for myself I would go 5 stars. Due to a few factors, can't justify 5 for anyone else. Broken door handle, chirping smoke alarm, excessive noise both from the highway right next door, and very thin walls and floor. If your not picky and a good sleeper like me, this place is fantastic and is my 2nd stay within 5 years. Haven't tried their breakfast but I can imagine it isn't anything to write home about.

The hotel is very clean! Staff is certainly friendly and because we checked in on my birthday and the king suite was available, we were upgraded at no cost to us! Yes, some renovations may need to happen but most importantly, it’s a clean and safe hotel with convenient access to a major highway that brings you where you’ve got to go. For the price we paid for a 3 night stay, more than accommodating and comfortable. Thank you, Regency Inn & Suites to a good start to my birthday celebrations and for the lovely upgrade on our room!

Was excited for free continental breakfast but they don't even offer waffles. Also no pool as advertised. $120 a night. But have to drive to find anything to do. 3 stars for comfy clean beds.
