I booked a Presidential Suite and this is what I got when got to my room. Clock is not working, floor is dirty and the sofa is torn.nI have stay here very week for business for last two months the keys is not working most of the times. 8 out of 10 I have to go down to get different keys. ( I stay here because it’s close to the company I visited).

I was impressed with the service and amenities they had to offer. For close to $100/night i felt that comfort suites was able to offer everything i could expect and hope for. I loved the layout of the room. Comfortable beds with big down pillows, large surface at the bathroom sink, plenty of outlets, several USB ports, and I really liked the furniture. A great couch with footrests that my son slept comfortably on and the bed lamps had flexible reading lamps on them as well. The pool was great and the hot tub was hot! Pool went to 5ft deep. The restroom for the pool area was HUGE and kept very clean as was all the other facilities. Plenty of towels provided. Continental breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of food including Belgian eagle maker, omelets, breakfast burritos, cereal, oatmeal, donuts, bagels and even avocados! Overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Friendly service and highly recommend to anyone!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The girl at the front desk was very nice and helped me with my reservation...she even got me a cheaper room, and my veterans discount. She also worked with me for payment on the room ( my payday is the middle of the week).

Great place to stay. If you interested in cleanliness and continental breakfast. It's great!!

Place clean and rooms are nice.nHowever came down to breakfast this morning March 2 2021 around 620 am and noticed the omelets were empty but the heat was on. Nobody at the front desk picked up the receiver to call someone and the phone rang. Finally a blonde lady comes out with a blanket on and looks like I just woke her, told me that they ran out already, that you need to get down early for breakfast, a older couple told me that it is normal to run out before 630. Wow sad. Do I get a discount on my staynGM contacted me telling me the staff is great and no issues. Lol she is funny. I will be back and record the next stay and put it on YouTube
