Nick and his crew put a new roof on my house last year and did a great job! When I had questions, Nick came out the next day and answered all my concerns. His crew were very respectful and everything was cleaned up. Nick was upfront and honest with the costs he was going to charge us, he made sure the contract was understood, and at no time did he add any additional charges. What a breath of fresh air!

I had Riverside do my roof in 2015. They matched a bid from a local company. I worked with a person who recommended them as his son was a friend of Nicks or something. They came and did what I thought was a good roofing job......Little did I know they had failed to put in a raised ridge vent. The original roof had a ridge vent which was raised. So ahead a few years and I have mold growth, 70 percent humidity in November and December. I bought two dehumidifiers to control humidity. The insurance company sent an engineering group out and they discovered the incorrect ridge vent and determined this was the problem. I notified Nick in January 2020 of the problem and he said he would fix it. The insurance paid out around $8000. I had to remove two feet of insulation, sheetrock, and mold removal and clean up. It took Riverside until April 24th to finally come and replace ridge vent with a raised vent. I could not have contracter start until it was replaced. I had a wonderful clean up crew and contracter and my home is like new again. I lived with the mold for several years before I realized where it came from. I am so sad that they did this to my home and wonder how many other homes they messed up and people don't know yet. I don't know why Nick didn't see the improper ridge vent when he picked up the check. I have over 900 dollars into his messnup. Thank goodness my insurance paid for their mistake. I feel Nick owes me for his mess up but I had so many ignored calls and lies of when he'd repair it I from January until end of April that its not worth my time anymore and they did repair it, after three months.....you have my number Nick and you owe me.

I had Riverside Exteriors take care of the storm damage to my a few of my rental properties, they came out and meet my Insurance adjuster pointed out all of the damages. Their workmanship was perfect, and clean up was great! I would recommend them to my family and friends!

I had this company do my roof and it came out very nice. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the shingle because of their high status with the manufacturer. They do excellent work and finished my roof in a day.

Put shingles on when it was too cold, now 1/3 of the shingles have blown off. They won't take my calls now.....very unprofessional!!!
