Beautiful house and unique rooms with great character. The hosts were extremely friendly, and their breakfasts were nothing short of amazing. Fun wine / snacks happy hour on weekend nights too! Very close to anything you'd want to do in town.
Went to Red Wing for the weekend and the atmosphere, location and innkeepers were fantastic! Original building from the 1800-1900s, beautiful, quirky decor. Lots of common areas and the breakfast was amazing! Doggies were a nice touch too. Comfy beds, quiet evening and right in town! Would stay again and would recommend!
A beautiful old mansion turned into a BnB/inn. Love the intricate design of the architecture and era furnishings. Our suite had a large whirlpool bath inside which made for a lovely relaxing night, soaking and sipping wine. Good breakfast served down in the dining room area.nnExtra bonus was the cute dog they had that visited around the inn that looked a bit like a mop. ud83dude02ud83dude02nnWould recommend for a nice stay while in Red Wing!
The family is so warm, welcoming, and hospitable. The house is located a few minutes from Historic Downtown and is from the Victorian Era. The house has so much character with its various trinkets, worn wood, radiators and coloring throughout and the gardens surrounding. We were served freshly prepared breakfast the two mornings we stayed, which included fresh and local ingredients. In the evening, there was a meat and cheese platter with red and white wines and fresh dip. If you're an animal lover, the family dogs will be excited to greet you. For first-time B&B visitors, this was a wonderful experience and we hope to see this place again. - Brycee and Brandon
We had a great time! It couldn't have been more relaxing with the real wood fireplace crackling away, and the wonderful ambiance and architecture of the turn of the century. Hosts were fabulous, we highly recommend the Moondance...fabulous getaway!
