Not bad. Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms seemed clean. Do have to say it got quite loud at night. But all in all a good place.
The front desk staff in the evening checking in and the staff the next morning were both friendly and helpful.nThe room was very clean and for being in the middle of winter the hallways and frontdesk area floors were very clean.nFor all of the snow and ice Alexandria has had the parking lot and driveway were in great shape.
Fantastic customer service in the hotel and restaurant. Great family get a way option!
Good experience only thing that could of made it better willy ts is a little over priced for the quality. the pool and hot tub area could be open until 12 instead of 11 and the sauna was closed as well other than that the rooms the staff the pool and hot tub where all great
Its ok expected more from holiday inn..really like the shampoo, conditioner and lotion they had
