JENNIFER IS THE MOST ENJOYABLE PERSON I HAVE ENCOUNTERED TODAY! after having had a 6 and a half hour drive to find the hotel we booked was incredibly unsafe, we called around (at midnight, mind you) and she answered quickly and was so empathetic and kind! She assured us this was a safe place and she was not wrong the room is beautiful customer service was AMAZING! And now we can sleep knowing we are in a safe, clean hotel!!!! Thank you so much Jennifer!!!!!!
We checked in sat. March 20 and we're welcomed by a very helpful lady. I'm sorry I forgot her name but she was kind and helpful. I checked out by Josh, he had a outstanding personality and helped me with the breakfast. We always stay here and the remodel is gorgeous.
The rooms are fine, clean and tidy, however when you book online, they will quote you a price of $87.00 and the minute you hit the book button the price you are charged is $115.00. By then it's too late they already have charged your card. It's a scam and I'll never book with this Bush league hotel again. They use the excuse your time for this rate expired. What a RIP off.
This place has the best staff and a really nice place to stay. Great location, tons of food options within walking distance. Short drive to major attractions... Jess the owner was around every day, I enjoyed that he showed genuinely interested in our stay and in general how our day was. Friendly doesn’t cover Melanie at the desk.. how about super hero without a cape... is there anything she can’t do?!? I think not!!! Do yourself a favor and stay here!! You won’t regret it
Horrible booking customer service. Charged an extra nights stay.nnI called to make a reservation for an upcoming wedding, the lady I made the reservation through booked an extra day before the date. When I told her I did not need the day she told me it was required to book, I told her I did not want the extra day. It was at the end of the call that she told me this so she already had my information. She booked the extra day and made the reservation NONREFUNDABLE.
