It was awesome!nMy husband I are moving from Lakeville yo Tucson..with 2 short dogs. We needed a hotel for a couple of nights while we closed on our home.nThe rooms were lo lovely! Very comfortable bed.nThe staff was the best though!!nKaren and the young lady last night were so sweet.. The whole experience helped ease the stress of this move!nThank you!..I highly recommend Hampton of Lakeville!!
Staff is aweful, Karen was rude but not as rude as Justin. All the rooms smell of smoke and the bathrooms smell of black mold, including the water. The floors are ridiculously dirty, don't spill water and try cleaning it up you make feel ill see how dirty the floor was, recommend wearing your shoes the entire time.
Front desk is so friendly!! Justin from the evening was friendly, helpful & just a nice guy who is willing to go over & beyond his job to make customer feel comfortable
This hotel was a very clean hotel. It had strict Covid regulations in place and was run very well. Management team at this hotel was great. Good place for family gathering.
My stay was so pleasant! This is a quiet, very clean hotel. I have stayed here many times and the front desk staff is so kind.nThis particular visit, when I came to check in, Melinda was on the phone with what sounded like a particularly difficult customer. She handled the situation extremely professionally, and maintained a kind and positive attitude like she always has! Give this woman a raise! She is why we keep coming back! Her hospitality is impeccable! Thanks Melinda!
