Salesman was awesome to work with. Also the service man in the repair area went above and beyond to get my annual maintanance done on my bike so I could pick up the bike I just bought for my son and my bike at the same time!!!!!nNow I just need to talk my wife and daughter to buy bikes! I bought a pair of skis and boots here. Everyone is the store was friendly and happy to help. They have a large selection of ski gear to choose from in the store.nnGary helped me find the right boots and skis when I stopped by. He was definitely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me setup. I was leaving that day and he got the skis in the shop to be setup and waxed in less than 2 hours! Kudos to him, the guys in the shop and everyone in the store for the good experience!

I don't know a lot about bikes. Actually, hardly anything at all. Despite this, the staff at this location were awesome and explained things to me in layman's terms without making me feel like a dummy. They also took the time to fill the air on a tire of a bike I did not purchase there and showed me how to take my front tire off step by step. Great customer service!

I was helped IMMEDIATELY by the kindest woman I’ve encountered in retail in a long time! And when she asked another employee for assistance to answer my questions, he stopped everything he was doing to help. Just WOW! I LOVE THIS STORE!
