We’ve been coming to Elsies for years & we absolutely love it here! The cabins are quaint, rustic, clean & beautiful. The latest owner,(a relative of Elsie), has beautifully updated the interiors of the cabins, yet she left them original & rustic . . . It’s AWESOME & ingenious what she’s done with the cabins, honestly. And the view of Lake Superior from the large picture window is like being inside of this picturesque scene opposed to simply observing it. It’s like a “Neverland” for the entire Family.
A+ place to stay. Been coming here for years.
Lovely place! Amazing views and love sleeping to the sound of the waves!
Absolutely love this place - quiet, rustic, very close to town but enough away, and the cabin is right on the water - it sounds like you are next to the ocean! Bonfire pit, coffee maker, microwave, comfy couches and beds, bathroom is awesome! My only advice would be if you are coming up here, bring a heater fan! We tried turning on the furnace and smoke came out. And no vents. :(
Lovely, right on the lake. Clean. Close to town. Vintage cabin with a lovely update. Cozy and quaint. The most comfortable beds ever! Beats a motel or hotel hands down.
