Amazing hospitality - updated, clean, and within walking distance to everything in downtown Grand Marais. Definitely recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about the Mangy Moose! It was cozy, clean and the perfect size! In addition the location to everything in town and along the North Shore were great! I highly, highly recommend!
Our family has been going to Grand Marais every year for over 60 years and has stayed at multiple hotels. We discovered Mangy Moose a few years ago and it is now our absolute favorite place to stay. Super clean, super cute, and great location. The owners are wonderful and make an effort to get to know people. Highly recommend.

Very nice place! Billy and Danielle were fantastic hosts! They gave us some recommendations for places to check out based on what we told them we liked. They gave us a great deal on our room. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It was the best place we stayed on our trip. We stayed in the Loon themed room. The room was decorated very tastefully. Keep up the great work guys!
