First staff was not friendly at check in and during my stay. The old lady at thenFront desk seemed like she could careless about me as a guest. When InAsked to get into the pool she toldnMe to knock on the door and someone should let you in. This happened twice.at check in I had to use the phone and dial zero because no staff was ever visible at the desk. I don’t plan to go here anymore ever. I have been for the last 4 years for mynDaughters birthday party’s. But then I remember why i didn’t like the hotel unpleasant staff. Never around. Not very knowledgeable. Plus I got ripped off.

Staff is very helpful. Asked for suggestions on where to get food. They had a list of restaurants. Whether they delivered and times they were open till. They had a list of available things for breakfast and gave them to you the evening before. I requested silverware and plates, because I had bought some food from the grocery store. They provided them. Asked if I needed anything when I saw them. Good customer service.

Wonderful & pleasant Staff. Clean room. But that internet service should be ashamed of itself. I really had a lot of work to get done and the internet may as well have been non existent. It was not only horribly slow, but when you could get it to work for about 2 minutes then it would kick out. I normally would’ve just gave up on it and tethered to my phone, but apparently the hotel is in a near dead zone for US Cellular too. Very disappointing.

Great stay. Had their social distancing in place. Pool and Hot tub open (so many others don't know how to make it work).
