The location is nice but management is the worst. You’ll never find them in the office even at open hours. Calls are rarely picked up. Recently they installed some water meters and they did a terrible job to where half or even more of the park lost water. Now I have to pay out of pocket to fix it... when it’s clearly the parks fault.
I don't get what any of you people are crying about I've had lots friends in that park and it is the nicest mobile home park in all the quad cities in this area and st Joe and Foley and Rice and Little Falls. Everyone I've known there has said it's a great place to live and haven't had any problems and I can see with my own eyes it's pretty well maintained.
It's a smaller park,but nice location with helpful management.
Quiet. Secure. I love it here
A very dear friend lives here, and she can't say enough good things about the place or management!!
