Place looks great.
I live here and like it. Its well cared for. The neighbors are friendly and management works hard to keep it in tip top shape. Great community for kids too. Quiet and on the edge of city limits. The metro bus stops right at the entrance and there are 2 playgrounds, a city park, and an ice skating rink all right there.
Very nice place very clean would be a great place to live it wasn't so expensive.
We have family that lives there. They really like it. The owners are really nice. We have used the community room for family gatherings on many occasions. It is always clean, and has everything that we may need. There are several playgrounds for the kids to use.
This is the best and nicest park in the Saint Cloud area. We plan to purchase a house in Evergreen village.
