The housekeeping didn't do their job the room was still fairly dirty but towels had been changed. The blonde woman who ran the front desk that evening/ morning is the only reason this place is getting a 4 star. She went up to our room and had everything cleaned and put together in 10 minutes flat. She didn't skip a beat. Hire more employees like her and this place could go back to where it should be business wise.

Rooms are fairly nice. Pool was too cold for my taste but I'm a freeze baby. Hot tub was perfect temp. Sauna took like 90 min to heat up and you had to stand up to feel much of it. Due to covid. No breakfast room but the front desk gives out breakfast bags.

Mostly nice and clean hotel and well worth the price you pay. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful!

Everything was great. But I noticed the tv was on, window was cracked open, light switch at door did not turn light on and channel changer had no batteries in it ud83dude12. Yes it does have a smell but I'm a smoker and I don't care about that. Overall it was really nice ud83dudc4c.
