I used Avalon Roofing Services to install new roofs at my house and surrounding out buildings after seeing their work on a nearby home. I am very pleased with the roofing and related carpentry work they did. It really looks beautiful. Project manager was very easy to work with, professional and highly experienced. Foreman crew were great - friendly, courteous, always on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day on the project. I was very impressed by the craftsmanship and artistry of the cedar roofing work. A great job!
I needed a roof and Joshua came an gave me an estimate right away. He pulled the permit and started the next day.. The crew he used were so professional and their work was outstanding.. I would tell anyone if you need a new roof call this company..awesome work and respectful of your property.. they cleaned everyday and when they were finished they cleaned all up and had a beautiful roof to show for there outstanding work.. We had an outstanding experience with Avalon Roofing Services. We needed extensive roof repairs done on our home since we decided to sell it. However, we cannot continue to sell it because of the problems that arose. We have spoken to different roofing companies and got a quote. Your company offered the lowest amount of them all. When the job was finished, the result was fantastic!
From the first phone call this company was extremely engaged and on the ball. I had my damaged roof inspected within a day. Their representative Tyler discussed the plan of action clearly laid out next steps. Their office was in constant communication with not only me but my tenants to make sure everything went smoothly. The job came out amazing and the follow up was also impeccable. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair.
Joshua did a fantastic job of installing a new roof at my house! They worked with my insurance company to handle my claim. The team handled every aspect of the process, from start to finish, professionally and courteously. They also repaired my water damaged garage roof that was not included in insurance payout.
