I have used Butch and his company for over 15 years. They do excellent work and at fair price. They show up when they promise and get the job done. If a roofing company is telling you that you need to replace your roof, I would highly recommend calling Pilgrams. The will let you you know honestly if it needs to be replaced or repaired. They have saved us thousands of dollars on our investments homes.
