I highly recommend this company from the start the salesman Chris was very informative friendly and helpful. He also helped coordinate with heating contractors due to my chimney leaking water in my home. They worked side to side to help my situation for taking my furnace exhaust to the side of my house instead of chimney on top. They did a great job on installing my roof. The crew that was sent to my home was very friendly fast and efficient. They had my roof installed in about 4 hours and that was with them cleaning everything up as well as they worked. I am very happy with the service that I received my roof looks great I will be using them again for my home needs. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
Need the roof replaced on my mom's garage and home (both over 25 years on the previous roof) and we first met with Pete at mom's house to outline our needs. Pete was super professional and courteous. As we needed new gutters and some concrete work done as well we priced everything together to see how things would shakeout.nnThe pricing was fair and just a little shy of what we were anticipating and Pete worked with us a little more giving my mother a senior discount and worked with us a little more for being a multiple project job.nnOne day later Pete called and told us an opening just posted for the very next day so in about 48 hours after starting the process the roofing team showed up and they were great! In all, it took this team about three hours from arriving to departing. The guys did nothing butt work, work, and work and it was like watching a well-oiled machine. The clean-up was great and I may have found one nail missed on this entire job ... just one! Thank you guys for taking a stress away from mom as she needed this done.nnWaiting on the gutters and concrete work but if it's anything like working with Pete or the roofing team who took care of our needs I am sure everything will go off smoothly and without any issues.nnVery pleased
Great experience from beginning to end. Matter of fact and honest sales presentation. Did everything they promised and then some. Day of the new roof went smooth. Installers were professional and did a great job!
Tittle Brothers Construction did a great job replacing my roof. The crew was great my salesperson Brad was great, answered all my questions, he came out Monday and Wednesday two days later I had a new roof. The crew arrived at 7:15 a.m. and around 3:15 same day the roof was replaced and Brad my salesperson follow up with the call and came out the day of installation to make sure everything was going okay. I would recommend Taylor Brothers construction.
The staff at Tittle Brothers were nothing but professional in every aspect. From the first phone call to the completion of the job. The estimate was fair and competitive. The contractors that came out for our gutter guard installation were early and finished extremely quickly. Other than the guards, when they left, it was so clean that one couldn't tell they had been there at all. When my sales technician came out the next day for payment, he was genuinely interested in our satisfaction and experience and I don't doubt they would have made it right if anything was not up to snuff. I would not hesitate to recommend Tittle Brothers for every home improvement service if they perform even half as well and professionally as they did on our gutters.
