I needed a new tube and a gear adjustment they took care of me right away did a good job very courteous and by the way one of the few bicycle shops around

Wont be coming back. I try to support local when ever I can and needed a new rear derailer, they had it but couldn't sell it to me and had to install it themselves, fine. So i wait a week for them to fix it which is less then the 10 day quote, great!nnThe not so great.nnI was told part of the fee was for the derailers to be tuned up, front and back. I get it back and my front gears won't down shift. So now instead of bike riding with my mom I'm in my garage trying to tune this off youtube videos.nnSo since I'm having to do the work anyway, next time I'll just overnight the parts I need and fix it same day myself.
