WOW! What an amazing company! We had several estimates to do our roof. We chose Prime Roofing Experts based on their professionalism. Their estimator was awesome. Keeping us informed every step of the way. Their crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up every piece of material every day. We had neighbors stop and ask who is doing our roof and we would highly recommend this company!
We used Prime Roofing Experts to fix a leak by a skylight. Tyler gave us several options and recommended to replace the skylights with more energy efficient ones. We are very happy we did. Prime Roofing Experts were prompt, polite and completed the job within one day. They even sent us a photo of the damage they repaired. Now there is no leak and we immediately felt the difference with less heat generated from the skylights. We are very satisfied .
Called for an appointment and talked to a very nice lady, she gave me a time/date and she followed thru with a reminder. James showed up on time, he was very very courteous and professional. James was able to complete a small Facial issue on side off the house. James gave me an estimate to replace my roof. Everything was over the top professional. I will have my roof done with Prime Roofing Experts when the time comes. Really appreciate the great service...Thank you, all.
They are still finishing up the porch, but everything has been outstanding! James was/is the job site manager for both my roof and my porch, and he and his guys are professional! Any concern I had they addressed it right away, but what was better than that was the fact that any concern I had,, they were already aware of and hand plans in place. The crews have been wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend Prime Roofing Experts to anyone!!
I don’t write many reviews, but I felt Prime Roofing Experts is well deserved. From beginning to end they have been beyond amazing! The staff is so kind, responsive, knowledgeable and the entire team has gone above and beyond with my roofing project. They truly are the experts in my opinion, as they thought of all the little details that I wouldn’t have even thought to ask or consider. This was my first time having to replace a roof and they really took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through the process step by step so I knew what to expect. My roof is absolutely spectacular and I couldn’t be happier!!
