Cobe the manager is very nice and works with you i have been here almost a year every person is friendly the only thing is that the lot rent is higher than what i was used too back home and thought that lot rent included trash water and sewage but thats not the case. Above all nice place to live.
Nice place. Lot payments could be lower.
Too much junk too many cars parked out in the yard that's why you have busted water lines too many cars parked out in the road too much loud noise at night too many wild parties that should be held up in the party room instead of in the backyards not like it used to be
The people that live there are pretty awesome. They've had about 20 managers in the past 4 years tho.
Stop Signs being blocked, horrible road conditions
