From start to finish, Lake Michigan Construction did a fantastic job replacing our roof. From their organization in the front office, to the manual work completed, Lake Michigan Construction treated us and our home like family. They were able to connect with our insurance company and deal with the intangibles stress free. We have already had multiple compliments, from our neighbors, regarding the quality of work Lake Michigan Construction recently completed. We will continue using LMC services for any future projects.

The on site team was a diverse group of hard working fellas. All were respectful and treated our home and property with equal respect. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed as expected. The work is quality. They even returned to check their work quality when I had an unrelated issue, but was ruling out causes.nnIt’s clear ownership has a high standard and expectation for themselves and their team. I had some wind damage that occurred and called LMC after reading a lot of the positive reviews from others about their business. I was glad that I called them, Al inspected my roof and indicated that there was wind damage and provided me with an estimate. They were professional and courteous regarding the insurance process with regards to the questions and concerns that I had. They are very responsive and punctual, I was able to get my roof installed and repaired in a single day. The most important is that they are honest and do quality work.
After doing a significant amount of research, we decided to go with Lake Michigan Construction for a large roofing/siding & gutter project we wanted done. During the course of the project, issues arose (as they often do with large projects) but Al and Kari were committed to making sure we were happy, and the issues were worked through and corrected. We are incredibly happy with the end result. Thank you Al and Kari!
Prompt, professional, and personable from the front office (Marci D) to the project manager (Mike H) and the entire crew who put the roof together. We needed a new roof and repair work to fix water runoff damage ignored for too long. We appreciate the ability to see previous work through photos to help visualize the results. The crew brought just the supplies they needed and worked quickly and efficiently to get the multi-gabled roof covered in one day and the out-buildings the next day. Great teamwork! The repair work took longer as it was more complicated. Hats off to Mike for thinking through the problem as he removed layers of rotten or decayed wood in order to fix the water runoff issue and complete the gutter installation. He talked me through the problems and discussed appropriate options at the right points in the process. The gutter installation matched the color schema from roof to ground and worked as designed during a recent storm. We are well satisfied with the results and would recommend this company to others.
