We were visiting Saugatuck from out of town. We were heading out for a bike ride and discovered my wife's tire was flat. One phone call, a short trip and the gentleman in the shop graciously had it fixed. If I lived in the area I would use this bike shop. A big thanks to 42, as we were able to enjoy our vacation.
Todd was extremely helpful and gave great service at a great price. I would definitely recommend him for your bike maintenance
Superior service! Todd responded quickly to my request for bike repair, had it completed overnight and delivered back without charge! Bike works better than ever! Reasonable cost too. He also gave us a part we need to connect a tag-along bike, delivered it and didn’t charge. He is exceptional -and treats you like family. This is definitely my go-to place for bike repair in Holland!
They have been very quick to work on my bike and have been very upfront about costs and problems. I absolutely intend to continue going here for future work on my recumbent.
Can't say enough about how nice Todd was when a utility pole jumped out in front of me while riding in Holland, MI. He came in after hours on a Saturday evening to help me get my bike in riding shape so we could continue riding for the rest of our vacation. That's more than good customer service. That's above and beyond professionalism.
