It's a rundown trailer park.. the roads are awful. But the people are awesome!!
The manager Adam is awesome! My faucet handle broke and I had water flooding my house at 3 in the morning. I called him and he was here in minutes under my trailer and was able to fix the issue! Not to mention he got covered in mud!
Too run down. Full of drug addicts, and the roads are like throwing bricks at your car.
Did some work for them and now a month and a half later still not paid. Been told that the check is on its way 3 times.
I live across the road and I have full view if Live Oaks. If they have issues with rowdy ness, I've never seen it. But it IS Mount Washington. We are a 1950's feeling with 2019 technology and education.
