A truly professional experience! Rick understood what my needs were was able make repairs in timely manner. During the initial estimate, he made quick repairs to stop damage before he was able to schedule the full repair. I will definetely call when I'm ready for a new roof. we had a horrible ice damming problem this winter and delete King was coming in by the buckets. Called 3 contractors and only 2 showed up and only one really impressed us up an inspection to figure out the problem and solve it. ricky and metro detroit roofs were super responsive and really stood out compared to the competition. All in all the leak fixed has been 100% successful and I would definitely recommend and will be using this company again. Rick the owner came out himself to do the estimate and was involved in every aspect of the repair. He responded promptly to my call. He was here within 30 minutes during a down pour rainstorm to locate leak. Top notch customer service. Once the leak was repaired he came back and went in the attic to remove wet insulation and replace with new insulation. This company squeezed my job in after working all day in the heat. They were out a few times after 6 pm. Rick aims to please and has knowledgeable help as well. Truly a professional and polite man.
We bought an old apartment whose roof was really in a very bad condition and required huge maintenance. Everybody was quoting a very heavy fee for repairing that roof. Then, my husband called Rick from Metro Detroit Roofs for inspection. He asked us for a very nominal and reasonable amount and assured us to repair our roof soon. All the work was done so nicely, keeping in mind all our requirements. I highly recommend everyone to use their great services.
