My family and I stayed here when our electricity was out during a storm, the 1st thing that I noticed when walking in the front door was the pleasant smell! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and well trained. Cindy and Kelsie are very good at their jobs. We will stay again!!
not sure who would leave a five-star unless it was friends and family co-workers maybe Trust me and save your family and stay somewhere else! When you walk through the door there's a putrid smell throughout the whole hotel. Musty cheap fragrance. It's a real eye burning experience! The carpets are old, worn damp and nasty! The window unit is either too hot or too cold and does not reduce the smell! Bed is lumpy pillows are small! They're so much dirt around the walls it looks discolored.
Very nice establishment with EXCEPTIONAL staff! Above and beyond my expectations of what a hotel should look and feel like. You are treated like family the moment you walk through the door. Will only stay at at a Choice hotel from here on out. Sleep Inn and Suites is the best!
The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff and managers were very accommodating and very nice and friendly for our softball team. Sherry greeted us when we checked in and was very friendly. Dallas came on shift shortly after was a blast with all the girls every evening. Sara only got to enjoy us adults at times but she was very friendly as well. During this pandemic the hotel handled things very well.
My stay was fantastic here. Staff were very friendly and greated me every time I was out and about. Hotel smelled amazing when I walked in. Will definitely stay here again!
