The managers are very nice and cleaning up the area but alot of crime and strangers roaming all day and night. But we have neighborhood watch.

Just an amazing place. Very clean and every one I spoke with was very warm and inviting!!

The Manager and his family are kind folks.nBut as far as Honeysuckle this place is awful. No heat in the trailer's. They have hidden fees they fail to notify you of. They evicted people by the way of their hidden fees. Some of the folks there are very kind the on site management are extremely kind as well
