We stopped here on our way to Ohio. The staff was extremely friendly-offering help and assistance. We were told that if we dined at the Denny's across the street that we may show them our hotel card to receive 15% off. Once the kids went to sleep we were able to enjoy a drink in the lounge. The entire faculty was spotless & the beds were so comfortable. We ate breakfast in the morning. It was hot, delicious & the perfect start to our day. Thank you Sheperdsville!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and smelled fresh. We got a great night sleep on the king size bed with soft sheets and just enough pillows. Location was prime, as it was just off the highway, but we didn't hear the traffic. We enjoyed a short walk to Denny's Diner for breakfast.

I give Best Western a thumbs up, the rooms where very clean and the people where very nice. I would stay there again if I were ever traveling in this way again .
This place is gross. This place hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The sheets on the bed were used and not clean. They were very wrinkled as if some one had already been sleeping in the bed. The shower curtain had mold all over it, the toilet had a nasty black ring like it hadn’t been cleaned or flushed in weeks. The hallway was extremely dirty, stains and clearly had not been vacuumed in weeks. I stayed here for 5 days and there’s was only coffee one day. I asked the staff and about the coffee and she said they would make some, an hour later, still no coffee. Worst hotel experience ever.
