Rooms smelled very musky. Asked for a different room and same thing. The pillow covers were stained and smelled. When I tried to get a refund the manager get upset and rude. Stay away. Went across the street to Best Western for a little bit more money. Was worth paying the extra money for a clean room and shower.
The restaurant is a great place to chat privately. It is spacious and you can eat in the private chamber within the restaurant. The price is high for the foods served but the atmosphere justifies the cost.
Garden Inn and staff were amazing. The room was extremely clean, very impressed. Comfortable bed, nice quiet location. Beautiful view of the lake. Friendly staff. That is called a perfect hotel to stay in.
I would recommend Garden Inn Shepherdsville and the guess house too anybody. I stayed overnight there was going to have surgery the next day. And had met a lot of nice people. And a very clean place. The hotel and staff are awesome.
I am a world traveler and have stayed in hotels all over the world, including other locations, and I have NEVER received the level of service I received during this stay. Amazing hotel! Amazing staff! Amazing service!
