Set up an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate on gutter cleaning and a repair. On the confirmation call a few days later, I was told that my husband would have to be there with me for them to come out and take a look. When I pressed them as to why (bc he would still be at work) they said the Better Business Bureau recommends it. This is the 3rd house we have owned in over 34 years and have dealt with many different companies for home improvements and repairs - but I have never ever encountered this before. I remembered later that I had oddly been asked if there was a “Mr Randall” during the initial call. It was just weird and felt sexist - like I can’t explain our issues to them? discuss their estimate with my husband and get back to them if we want to proceed ?? What would they have done if I said there wasn’t a Mr but an elderly parent or adult child or a partner or a wife living with me? Would they have had to be at the initial visit too?nSo, no thanks - I canceled the appt.

Do NOT use this place unless you want your hard earned money out the door. Paid them almost $3000.00 on October 3rd it is now December 3rd and no work has been done. Just getting the run a round. They have the nerve to put their sign in my driveway and haven't even showed up. It's going in the trash. Filed a complaint at the BBB also. Update : well they finally showed up and now an area of my gutter helmet is bowed, letting rain water into my house! Leaking from the ceiling. This is the most uncaring, unprofessional company I've EVER dealt with. And I've dealt with a LOT. DO NOT LET THEM DO ANY WORK ON YOUR HOME!!!!

Can you do a 0 stars? Tried to use them about a year ago. They were recommended to us through Window World. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I took a whole day off work for them to not even show up or call. Then the next time he told me he was by the airport which is a hour away. 5+ hours later he still never showed. Then getting people to call you back was a joke. And when I was mad on the phone the punk kind laughed at me. 0/10 do NOT recommend

Asked for an estimate and was quoted $40,000.00 for a roof replacement and ventilation on a 17.4 square house, then was given a 6,00 dollar discount, bringing the price to 34,000 dollars never itemized and or showed me what I was really paying for. Please shop around they will try to pressure you to sign a contract with a 3 day grace period in which you will have to mail in the refusal

Why I went this long without Gutter Helmet I'll never know. Thank you Infinity Home Improvement for this amazing product. Like I told Laura few days ago, I am selling my ladder. I recommend Infinity to everyone.
