Great place to visit and nice place to visit friends and family
I had to went to look at a trailer for rent. It was infested with fleas and ROACHES! I signed a paper on the 8th this month about getting my deposit back. Said it could take up to 3-7 days!! It’s now been 14 days! Now I’m being ignored. And I know once I post this I’ll get a call back or a text back... but it shouldn’t come to this. I was told they have a tracking number from fedex that it should have been there, LAST WEEK.. still haven’t heard a word. Was told they would go to the fedex store to see if it’s there. And no response!
They keep raising the lot rent. Sometimes twice in a year but they are not fixing the issues within the park. **update** They seemed to have stopped caring. We have been through 4 - 5 managers in the last 2 years, roads are falling apart, playground has broken equipment.
Nice place to live.
