First room we were put in (we booked a non smoking room) smelled of strong smoke. The windows were open to air it out. The clerk said the lady paid $ 200.00 to smoke in it! The switched our room. The next room there was hair all over the floor , behind the toilet , in the corners and in the tub. There was mild around the handle, the shower head had caulking stuck on the side and tons of hard water build up. The couch had massive amounts of pet hair stuck in the material and some white chalky looking spot. Behind the dresser and in-between the wall had dust hair and toe nail clippings. I dropped a small amount of ice water and used the white towel that came up brown and tons of hair when I put it in sink. The hair dryer and it's cord had something on it. But the bed was made neatly. No, we will not stay here again
The pool was closed, and the TV's are small. Overall I guess its a decent bed. Mediocre at best. Much better options out there. You get what you pay for.
Called the hotel and was told pets were allowed. When i came to check in they told me cats weren't allowed. They could have mentioned that cats weren't allowed and I wouldn't have to waste my time and the clerk's time. The pool was half drained and looks like its been like that for awhile. Gives me the impression that they only half a** things. I would say the clerk that was assisting me did help me trying to talk to the manager to see if i could stay and when the manager said I couldn't, she gave me some advice on other places I could stay, so that was nice.
Great hotel and staff. They were a treat to work with very pleasant. Will be back again
Friendly staff. Remodeled rooms. Comfortable night sleep. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars... was lack of breakfast. Hopefully when I return in 3 months... breakfast will be available.
