Our new house had terrible ice dams and interior water leaks last February in the cathedral roof section.nnThe owner Andy Palmer personally came out to our home and worked with us to determine the best solution within our budget. We consulted several other companies and none of them made as much effort to help solve our specific problem.nnWe can't comment on their workmanship yet because we're waiting for warmer weather for the project to start, but so far I'm very happy with Palmer Construction.

We had a problem with an unknown water leak. Palmer came out and isolated the issue to a major window which needed to be replaced. They were very thorough, professional and clean. The work was completed on time and within the budget quoted. Well done!

Every person we dealt with treated us in a very personal professional manner. They did a great job from start to clean up on my mom’s roof replacement. We had used them 5 years ago on our own home roof project, it’s nice to see that quality and customer service has not changed. Still top notch!
