We had a great experience with Brunette Home Improvement and highly recommend their services. Our roof sustained damage during a hail storm and they were helpful, informative, communicative, and thorough throughout the entire process: inspection through installation. Our new roof went on in the height of winter and looks fantastic! Brunette will even come back out this Spring for a final clean-up of anything they missed due to the snow. All around great company and great customer service.

Had our roof/gutters/siding/deck redone due to hail damage. Brunette was a very professional company to work with. They magnetically ran over they yard to pick up all of the nails after they were finished with the roof, and came back the next day and did it again, which we really appreciated, since we have young children who play in the yard. The quality of the work was great, and everyone from the company that I spoke to was very friendly! We would definitely use Brunette for future home improvements!

Approximately 1 1/2 years ago, I asked for a quote on a new roof. A Brunette rep arrived (with a young lady he was training) and took measurements/ pictures of the roof. While it's not a simple flat roof (has peaks, valleys and a couple dormers), I didn't believe it would be too complicated for them to provide a time & materials quote. I'm still waiting! Not a peep back as of 4/27/2020. Fortunately I found a great, responsive company (Home Pro Roofing) that was able to get the job done. If Brunette is not able to turn around a quote in 18 months, how long would it take them to actually do the job? Scary!!!!!
