They are the exact opposite of a corporate franchise. Local guys who love bikes dealing with the specifics of your problem or needs. I always go in with something unusual, and that only makes them happy, because it means they can learn something. Very reasonably priced and very unpretentious. It's sort of like being in a small town with nothing between you and the business to interfere with getting your work done.
Great vibe! You walk in and the owner is working on a bike on the stand! An adorable dog with a killer name that I can't recall lays in a chair by the door. He doesn't say boo! Having window shopped the evening before, I has my eye on a bike I wanted to try. No pushy salesman here. Casual atmosphere. Reasonable prices.
Emily was very helpful and low pressure about explaining what was needed for repair and maintenance and suggested some very handy accessories. Great experience. Highly recommend.
I walked my bike 5 miles to them and the guy closed early I have to walk all the way back nownAnd then the owner messaged me , wanting to make a customer happy again .5 star service shout out to the owner
Stopped by because of a typical flat tire. Andrew was very professional and got it fixed in 15 minutes. No hassle. Will definitely come back if there is any problems with my bike.
