First class professional service and the friendliest guys you ever want to meet. I haven't purchased a bike here, so I can only speak to the service I've received, and it has been nothing short of excellent.nnI have an electric fat bike that I punish mercilessly so I'm a frequent guest of Steve's, and he and the boys make me feel like part of the crew. I bought my bike online and it has been my experience that a lot of bike shops don't like to service bikes that they didn't sell, particularly e-bikes. Not a problem here.nnI learn something new about bicycles every time I walk out the door, and I can't recommend this place highly enough.nnShop local, and support your local bike shop.

Going into the shop today i felt bad not because of the shop but because i was there for almost 30 mins and i didnt buy anything the guy there (sorry dont know names) was really helpful answered all my questions and seeing some of the bikes there definately my new go to shop

Very disappointed in my bicycle I took in for service in August 2020 & picked up today 1/25/2021. Was told my bike would look like new but the only change I saw in the bike was the new tires that were not even white walls like the originals. They said they couldn’t get the original tires so used an “upgraded” set they had at the store. I should have been notified & asked if I wanted those tires. The charge was $235.00, a total RIPOFF! Won’t go there again.

I couldnt be anymore happy than I am right now. We have a trip scheduled and a cracked tire. No where could I find a replacement. Then low and behold I go to Al's and three associates are all ready and willing to help me solve my delimma. They found my tire for me that was needed! And off we go. These guys ate great! Not only friendly but helpful beyond my expectations. This will be my bike shop stop from now on! Great service. Great guys! Great experience. Thankyou.
