Latitude 45 Bicycles and Fitness

These guys are GREAT!! I have used them for years and they never disappoint. I live downstate and come up to Petoskey for 2 weeks at a time for bike trips. Earlier this summer, the bottom bracket failed on my road bike the day I arrived in Petoskey. Despite being slammed all summer because of a high demand for services (due to COVID), Jake was able to find a way to fit me in and get me back on the road. Then, in early September, I came up for two weeks of mountain biking. On my first ride, I had a bad crash and damaged the rear derailleur rendering my mountain bike unrideable. Again, Jake went the extra mile to fix my rig and get me back on the trail despite service calls being scheduled 2 weeks out. A HUGE shout out to Jake and Latitude 45 for being an awesome shop! I also have to say that I am extremely impressed with the way the follow social distancing and all the other guidelines to keep their customers and employees safe during this unfortunate pandemic. Lastly, their staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The take the time to listen and it is clear they love to bike!

The guys were so great! Our brand new bike pedal broke off when we were on vacation so we took it here and they took great care of us with very speedy service. They also helped me locate an old receipt a couple weeks later that I lost and needed. 5 star customer service! :)

We are in Harbor Springs on vacation. My husband somehow forget his front tire at home. He called 45 Lattitude once he realized his error. They had one tire they thought must work. When he got there the service was professional, friendly and quick. Best of all the tire fit!!! Thanks so much.

Highly recommend latitude 45. We rented 4 bikes for the day and the process could not be easier. The bikes were in great shape and the service was excellent. Very good rental bike choices on their site. Rent with confidence here.

Stopped by while doing a road ride because I needed to borrow a pump. They were super helpful. I also bought a water bottle and the guy helping me asked if I needed it filled up. He brought it back filled up and added ice so it would be cold. These guys go above what’s required. Great shop!
