Very clean and well maintained property. We were extremely comfortable in our room. Conner was extremely welcoming upon our arrival. We found the restaurant and bar to be of superior quality with excellent food and great cocktails. What even made it better was our amazing bartender Kurt who had a blazing humorous personality and brought strangers together like they were old friends.
The people who work here are always polite, helpful, and friendly. The property has always been clean and comfortable. The restaurant's food has always been good. The location to nearby restaurants is excellent. Once you park your car there is no reason to use it again until you leave (I'm assuming the visit isn't for business).
I was singing in the shower until shampoo got in my mouth. It turned out to be a soap opera.nAwesome and friendly staff! Karla and at the front desk and Dylan at the bar were awesome. I will definitely be staying again!
this hotel was very clean. I picked a room in a location I didn't like and they switched it with no issues. then when I was leaving I realized I left something in my room and Connor helped me out. I really appreciated it! I'll be back the location, pool, and hospitality can't be beat!
The desk manager was rude and not helpful. He called us liars and refused to do anything to rectify the mistake he had made. He went as far as to tell us he has been doing this for 6 years and he does not make mistakes.nnI was contact the next day after making my complaint. I received a very sincere apology and the situation was resolved in a satisfactory way. I will definitely give this hotel another try. Jenae was very helpful and sweet. A completely different feel than what we experienced the morning of check out. She went above and beyond to make the situation right.
