Bay City Mobile Home Park

It’s funny how most of the people comments on here are the owner family and friends. There is no beach in this park so why the pictures some of these trailers are not even from this park. Place has cleaned up but not like he said he was going to but the owner raises lot rent once a year and water is a lot. I lived there so I should know.

Just moved here. Park needs some work. And that is what they are doing. They let dogs of any size just as long as you take good care of it. The people are nice.

Great place to live. Lots of new things done awesome management. The new owner is by far the best. Treats everyone equally happy with all of the changes definitely a place to check out!

Excellent place to live and raise a family... I have lived here for 10 years, i have raised my 2 children here, my family lives here, it is truly becoming an amazing place to live again
