Hampton Inn & Suites Bay City

Excellent customer service, James and Eric made our team’s stay enjoyable! We could not be at our wrestling event in person, due to Covid restrictions. They accommodated our viewing party, even though their conference room was booked. The breakfast area worked perfectly and our accommodations overall were superb! (warm pool, comfy bed,....) We travel often and know a great property. Nice job staff!

This place was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was was fine with me during these Covid days. My only complaint is that they have lots of hockey kids stay there as mine was one of them. However I make sure my child is not a nuisance for the entire hotel and make sure he is not running through hallways at midnight. However most parents don’t extend that to other people. I called the front desk twice and none of them helped. They should have had another person at the desk from 10 until 2 AM monitoring the hallways when there is large amounts of kids staying for the weekend for hockey tournaments!! I could not sleep until about 1 AM.

Wonderful stay... breakfast was good, at least they had warm options. Great location to Lake Huron park.

From helping us make last minute reservations do to bad weather to checking out the service here was amazing. Very friendly professional staff. Very Clean Hotel.I have no complaints at all Thank You to the Staff!

Is it the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in? No...nn...But it’s definitely a good one. I have no complaints about my stay here.nnMy room was clean. It was FAR more spacious than your average hotel room. Could easily fit AT LEAST 2 average-sized hotel rooms in our 1 room. The beds were comfortable. Basic amenities and needs were met.nnHotel staff was respectful and Covid guidelines were followed.nnTheir complimentary breakfast is a far cry from what you would typically expect from a hotel, but that’s Covid’s fault. Breakfast is basically just a brown bag lunch with an apple, granola bar, and a bottle of water.nnStill, it’s nice enough of a place that I wouldn’t mind staying here again if I’m ever in Bay City again. It may not blow you away, but it’ll get the job done well enough that you’d have a hard time thinking of reasons NOT to give them 5 stars.
