Ray's Bike Shop

Ray's Bike Shop made my dreams come true! Picked up the only Surly Ogre I could find in the whole state of Michigan here a couple of weeks ago. The guys that work at Ray's let me put the bike on hold over the phone, and after trying it in store a couple of days later, the bike was mine! Super easy process, helpful people, and felt like a very special experience. I love my new bike :)

Hats off to the guys in bay city. They went out of their way to build a bike for my sons bday. I didn't even ask just ordered online and they had it built next day. They even drove to another store to get the training wheels.
