I love this place.... such great people that work there. They love to share their knowledge and are very friendly. The funkiest little store that is so inviting, don't miss even just looking around. But the experience is better when you can have a conversation with the staff and get a ton of knowledge before you walk out

Just purchased a new bike from Jack's in Bay City will definitely be there again. The lady who helped me and my girlfriend was so helpful and polite, I now have a bike I love to ride.

What not to ask for that Jack's can not give. Great customer service and all around knowledge. Just bought my #forever bike and couldn't be happier. So looking for long rides with the family once again.

My bike's chain and tires were replaced quickly and the price was not bad :) Thanks guys!
