I have never imagined customer service could be so unbelievably awful. They are cruel and heartless. I'm not the only one in my family to have a disgraceful experience, just the only one who knows how to leave google reviews. Please take your business elsewhere, especially if you are a nurse because they made it very clear they hate nurses.nnTheir reply to this review is blatant lies and a pathetic attempt to cover their tails on this. Actual lies about me and what happened. It is actually comical to see their interpretation of the situation. Get a good laugh and move on, there are plenty of much better places in Saugatuck.

I have been coming here since 1971 the BeachWay has always been a staple in the neighborhood right on the water very lovely people who run it say hello to Kathy for me ...got a beautiful pool look out for the Sharks ud83eudd88ud83eudd88lol and you can take the chain right across to the downtown area and Back Again the BeachWay is clean it's modern inside it's beautiful and you'll love staying there enough said..oh.. did I say just on the other side of the hill is like Michigan so you've got Saugatuck in the river on one side with all the beautiful boats and restaurants and a beautiful gigantic Beach on the other side and then there's the BeachWay in the middleud83dude0d lovely

All employees were so kind and accommodating! Our only wish was that the chain ferry was open to get us across to town easier but other than that our stay was perfect!

Had a Wonderful and relaxing time at this Casual Hotel.nLots of lounging areas outside with tables umbrellas beautiful potted flowers. Room was clean, and casual.nNot a fancy place. Nice Pool for cooling off. Free Coffee, donuts in the Morning. They have Candy bars , Chips,1and water for sale in the office. It would be nice if they offered a few other items for purchase. Soda, or a machine to purchase. You are just a few steps away from the fairy and water taxi to take across to the many shops and Restaurants.The beach is about a 10 minute drive. The location is Perfect. It was a real beach house experience. Very nice, but not fancy. Kids had a blast.nHave stayed at other places in Michigan, but this will now be our go to place. Perfect for Families.

Very disappointed in the service provided. Spoke with their receptionist, the conservation that followed was based in aggression. She basically yelled at me and hung up the phone twice; all relating to a bill charge she was not able to provide me a clear and complete explanation on. she was combative and did not even mind to resolve the issue. i will be filing a formal complaint. this is not operate under any circumstance. we have been customers for years. the very fact our money contributes to her paycheck and the thought of her yelling at other customers, we will not return. never before had an issue like this, i wouldnt be shocked if she doesnt even tell the manager of our call and billing problem. was also shocked during our stay they didnt clean the watermelon cottage (which is 2k+ for one week) and there's a pandemic...
