We spent one night in February 2021 at the Hotel Saugatuck and it was very lovely. The room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a fireplace in our room which was great during the freezing night.nThe lobby is inviting with a fire place, cozy chairs and different books and games.nBreakfast was amazing, warm and delicious. Little treats like a dessert or snack basket in the room was a great touch.nI would highly recommend this hotel.
A seriously lucky find!!nFrom reservation to arrival to the punctual and quiet gourmet breakfast delivery, every single element of our one night stay made us feel like we were taking a 5-star, all-inclusive vacation. We were so impressed with attention to detail. Joshua and his wife (I cannot remember her name but I now know she truly does make the best French toast I've ever had) have thought of all of the small things that melt the stress of the outside world. They even have a black make-up towel, so you don't have to feel badly about smearing black makeup all over white towels. The jetted tub was so deep we felt like we were in a hot tub. Grey's Anatomy fans think Meredith Grey's dream bathtub, covers your knees and your chest! The fireplace was so romantic and the large television screen and included football channel had my boyfriend lulled into a relaxed state which allowed him to forget about work and obligation. I was able to order breakfast over the phone at booking, so I could surprise my man without letting on. The town was only partially open, but we walked to a delicious outdoor heated seating option at Wicks Park. Seriously couldn't have asked for a better escape. Oh and I forgot to mention the pumpkin pie night cap!!!! Thank you for making one night feel like a whole week
We loved our stay! The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the jetted tub and the fireplace, and the inn was quiet and relaxing, with delicious breakfast and dessert delivered no-contact to our room. Great location and close to downtown Saugatuck. Highly recommend!
Spent our 30th wedding anniversary here. It was super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Fireplace in the room was romantic. Another outdoor seating area with a fireplace and a pergola. Free bike rental to tour Saugatuck. Very nice place.
Our stay was possibly the best stay I have ever had at a hotel! It was exceptionally clean, very tastefully decorated, and the service was impeccable! We stayed in the Blue Star Room and absolutely loved the fireplace and jacuzzi tub! The dessert, breakfast, and thank you note, which was left on our pillow upon arrival, were all such lovely touches! Joshua was also such a gracious host when welcoming us and showing us around! We would highly recommend this lovely place and will definitely be back!
