We've only lived here for a week or two, so this is an early opinion, but we love it here. The community is very well kept. It's a wonderfully quiet setting surrounded by beautiful landscape. The staff is extremely kind and professional. We moved from Pennsylvania and Ryan, the site manager, was nothing short of amazing in setting my family up with a great home so that when we arrived, we could move right in. My family could see ourselves living happily here for quite some time.

Over priced rentals and below par appliances that just meet the minimum requirements. Horrible customer service if you bring something to there attention. They always try to add fees and raise pricing for no reason. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Homes are to close to eachother, absolutely no tree's or landscaping for the money.

I would say the best thing is that the street I'm on is very quiet. I have great neighbors. That being said I have a door that is not even suppose to go on my house. That was confirmed by 2 maintenance men. So there are huge gaps which let the cold in and let heat out. Same with summer AC. I've asked for that to be fixed for 2 years. Also my back door does not open. That I've requested to be fixed for 2 years. My stairs and railings need to be sanded and stained. If you touch them you get slivers. That I requested when I moved in. Again 2 years ago! All of this for the low price of $1100.00 a year. which goes up every year. Too much for what you get.
